Patient support
From the first moment you engage with us we will assume responsibility for ensuring you receive your prescription, at the right time and understand the correct ways to store and administer it. You can also enjoy peace of mind knowing that we work in synergy with your clinic, liaising with you on a day-to-day basis to update you on the delivery of your prescription. By the time your clinic sends you that all-important protocol, you’re likely to have a myriad of questions: perhaps you’re unsure how to order it, nervous about what it’s going to look like or apprehensive about injecting for the first-time.

A patient from a UK clinic?

As a patient attending a UK clinic for your IVF we can dispense all the medications on your prescription.
A patient from a clinic abroad?
We can dispense any EU prescriptions. We also offer a conversion service for non EU prescriptions.
Clinic support
Communication​
We will be responsible for all communication with patients during and after their treatment. We guarantee seamless and timely updates between all three parties (that’s us, you and them!)
EU clinics​
We can dispense directly from an EU prescription with no need to convert it to a UK prescription.
Nurse at home ​
We offer in-home services and can arrange for nurses to deliver treatment and support sessions in the home. Some patients prefer to have their first-night injections overseen by one of our professional, friendly nursing staff. This calms nerves heading into active treatment and can help to increase a patient’s confidence.
Confidentiality​
Your clinic and your patients can be assured of complete discretion and confidentiality at all times. We understand that fertility treatment is an extremely personal matter and all of our deliveries will be made in plain packaging with no identifying factors.
International clinics​
Clinics across the world have registered on our E-prescribing Portal in order to allow pre-authorised prescriptions to be uploaded directly. For the process to work, both the clinic and the nominated prescribing clinician are pre validated, this speeds up the process for dispensing and delivery direct to the patient. E prescribing option
As an alternative to waiting for the original hard copy to be posted to us, there is the option of registering for the E prescribing portal. Once you have registered you prescribers onto the system it will speed up the process for the clinic, ourselves and the patients, whilst at the same time reducing the risk of errors. This platform enables our prescribers to create and send scripts online, and has the following advantages:
